Kingston Resources Ltd is an ASX-listed gold producer that is currently focusing on the ongoing development of the Mineral Hill Gold Mine near Condobolin in NSW. Mineral Hill Mineral Hill is fully owned by Kingston Resources Limited, located approximately 65 km from Condobolin, mining gold, silver and copper. We have commenced underground rehabilitation in preparation for development kicking off in the next couple of months, with production ore scheduled for early next year. In this role you will: Lead and assist in the delivery of safe outcomes for work teams, including supporting delivery of JSEAs, SWMS, chemical assessments, and other compliance elements. Oversee risk management, including compliance to Principal Hazard Management Plans and Principal Control Plans. Monitor compliances with HSE legal obligations and industry standards. Liaise with regulatory authorities on matters of health, safety and environmental compliance, as required. Manage incident investigation and emergency management response. Engage with site leaders and management teams on HSE responsibilities to drive a culture of care, responsibility and accountability. Ensure accurate and timely data collection of all HSE related information, whilst monitoring for effective close out of corrective actions. Actively engage with staff, deliver training, coaching and mentoring across the business, to maximise understanding and drive the adoption of the HSET framework. Monitor training needs analysis, matrix, competencies and ongoing training delivery. Support the business to operate in a safe, sustainable and efficient manner. About you: Relevant Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety. Demonstrated audit experience along with experience in coaching to develop safety peers and project personnel in Health & Safety. Proven track record of HSET management experience. Genuinely passionate about safety and instilling such passion in the people around you. Pro-active and able to work autonomously, but also part of a wider team. Able to work and collaborate with various stakeholders in the business. Enjoyment for facilitating and implementing HSE programs and initiatives.
