**Position Title:** Drive for Life Team leader **Location:** Bundaberg - Tom Quinn Centre **Status:** Full time **Why this role matters** The Salvos offer hope, purpose, and fulfillment for anyone seeking connection, guidance, social support and community. **The Role** The role involves client recruitment and screening, coordination of driving lessons with instructors, volunteer management, and partnership development with local community stakeholders to enhance program reach and impact. Build and strengthen partnerships with TSA independent schools to promote driver and road safety education. Conduct initial assessments and provide holistic support to young people to help them build healthy relationships, engage in education, training and employment pathways, improve wellbeing, and enhance social connection. Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, Community Services, or a related field, or significant relevant experience. Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Experience engaging with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and faiths.
