You will help to ensure that Adelaide Early Learning becomes known quickly as a leader in early childhood education through our positive community engagement and high-quality programs!Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ExcellenceDeliver high-quality early childhood program that values children, families and educatorsBuild, support and guide a team in your room and broader across the centreImplement policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and Adelaide EL standards.Safety & ComplianceChampion Adelaide EL safety framework to maximise the wellbeing of children and team.Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, inspiring a diverse team to achieve shared goals.Mentor and support staff through professional development and engagement initiatives.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance Adelaide EL reputation and culture.About YouYou are a genuine and accountable person who has a positive mindset. A person that truly cares about families, children and team. You thrive in a busy environment and have the skills and experience to deliver exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators.Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights including Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate working visas.Essential Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in a similar Room Leading role within early childhood education or share with us why you are ready for the ''next step'' in your Early Childhood career.Either a diploma or bachelor''s degree in early childhood education or related field is required.How to ApplyAdelaide EL is committed to the safety of all children.
