Job Summary An exciting opportunity has come up for a New Home Sales Consultant to be working out of their brand new display home located in a major display centre in Morayfield. Responsibilities New home sales from lead to settlement Constant liaison with customer throughout the build process Liaison with supervisors, subcontractors and contract administrators Building relationships with developers and real estate agents Converting qualified genuine leads from head office Qualifications The successful candidate will be an experienced sales performer ideally with new home sales and building industry knowledge. You will have the ability to read plans and some knowledge of estimating would be ideal. Compensation Salary plus commissions payable.
