Experience in a Service Advisor role or automotive background is preferred. A sound knowledge of Motor Vehicles and components is required. A valid Drivers Licence is essential. Australian work rights are required for this position. Tasks & responsibilities Face to Face contact with our customers as they drop off and pick up vehicles. Answering calls from our Service customers Liaising with Service Technicians to ensure that jobs are completed as promised to the customer. Work with a dedicated team of professional people.
