The Supporter Engagement Coordinator role at Ronald McDonald House Charities South & Central Australia is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of the overall Donor Engagement & Fundraising strategy. This role will focus on day-to-day engagement with donors, strengthening our support loyalty, working alongside key fundraising campaigns, providing donor stewardship activities, and administrative support to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators and organisational goals. THE ROLE: Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Marketing, the Supporter Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for: The Supporter Stewardship & Donor Experience Assist in the implementation of fundraising campaigns and the donor journey Support donors with engagement activities through Individual Giving Campaigns, including Regular Giving, Christmas & Tax Appeal & Giving Day Processing all donations & Thank you activities in a timely manner Plan, promote and engage with our Community Fundraisers, Third Party Fundraisers and our local community activities Provide administrative support to the fundraising, marketing and communications team including data entry, report generation & some event coordination. THE CANDIDATE: To secure this role the ideal candidate will have: Strong Relationship Building, communication and interpersonal skills 3-4 years of fundraising experience in the not-for-profit sector A proven track record in achieving significant fundraising growth Demonstrated ability to create and execute engagement strategies with community and individual supporters Experience with digital/online fundraising methods Event Management experience a benefit Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently, with initiative and as part of a team.
