We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning individual to join our Onsite Industrial Team based out of our branch in Pennington, 5013. Enjoy the security of this full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. This role would suit a self-motivated individual who is interested in, and has knowledge of trucks, machinery and equipment, or someone who has experience in a similar role or industry.In this hands-on role, your key responsibilities will include:Coordinate stock and deliveries for the customers sites, ensuring assets are accurately entered into our system, valued (when appropriate), photographed and uploaded to our websiteCoordinate auctions to ensure assets are ready for sale and in the correct locationProvide exceptional customer service throughout the entire auction processConduct thorough catalogue checks to ensure assets are correctly advertised (when required)Complete our pre-auction lotting process to ensure the right flow of saleDevelop and maintain vendor relationships through regular communication with key contacts regarding reserves and valuations of assets, releases, referrals and marketing optionsComplete pre-sale site preparations to ensure sale premises complies with WHS requirementsReview stock reports and ensure assets are placed for sale in a timely manner while meeting vendor requirementsAssist with asset inspections for the Pickles valuations team and their clientsABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:Experience working with or reasonable knowledge of heavy/civil machinery, plant and equipment.
