Assistant Operations Manager/Duty Manager Alba Thermal Springs is a luxury wellness destination on the Mornington Peninsula. The Assistant Operations Manager plays a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the seamless, day-to-day operation of the property across all departments. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and enjoys leading and supporting a diverse team. Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, efficient, and professional service that leaves a lasting impression on every guest Lead by example, setting the tone for excellence and teamwork Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations Assist in managing conflict resolution and handle guest concerns with confidence and care Support the onboarding and training of new team members, helping them feel empowered and set up for success Communicate important updates and information to the wider team effectively and consistently Complete endofday reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Night and weekend availability a must. We offer a competitive salary + superannuation.
