We''re on the lookout for a proactive and experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team at Kangaroo Bus Lines. In this role, youll be a key driver in promoting a culture of health, safety and excellence across all of our Depots. From identifying risks to implementing safety strategies, youll be at the forefront of ensuring our people and workplaces remain safe. Youll also lead incident investigations and deliver practical solutions to help prevent future occurrences. Provide dedicated support in the administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of the companys Health and Safety Management System. This role ensures that safety processes are welldocumented, accurately reported, and effectively communicated across the business, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. With a growing team of more than 200 employees and a fleet of over 160 buses and coaches, we operate across three depot locations in South East Queensland. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Health & Safety Management System documentation and records in line with relevant Standards and legislative requirements. Prepare, analyse, and present HSE performance reports and data to management and stakeholders. Support internal audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and coordinate incident, risk, and claims reporting processes including providing expert advice. Contribute to system updates, document control, and version management. Assist in developing and delivering safety communications, training, lessons and presentations. Ready to Join the KBL Team?
