The company''s overall recruitment strategy for this brand is to appoint handson, businesssavvy and accountable managers to develop the potential of each venue and drive occupancy growth.The Role: Management Couple (Admin and Rooms)We are looking for a handson management couple who have a distinctive skillset to manage our motel in Capella QLD.You will play a critical role in shaping this site into a soughtafter location in the region with high standards in every category of service and delivery. Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the motel, including checkin and checkout procedures, housekeeping room cleaning.Responsibilities:One partner will look after admin.One partner will look after rooms and ground maintenance.Handling payments and financial reconciliations.Good knowledge of RMS.Increase and respond to online OTA reviews and improve online ratings.Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.Managing budgets, financial reporting and bookkeeping.Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.Ensure rooms, grounds and pool are always well maintained and presented to the highest standard.General banking and administration duties.Manage stock levels and monitor supplies.Understand that motel management can be 24/7 and be willing to assist with late checkins or emergencies if required.Attend to general maintenance as required and liaise with tradesmen when necessary to ensure everything is kept in good working order.Able to meet KPI.Staff management.The ideal candidate(s) will possess the following skills and qualifications:Wellpresented, professional, warm and friendly customer service skills.Experience with motel booking system is necessary.Previous experience in motel or hotel management is necessary.Experience and handson skills are must!General maintenance, pool and gardening skills required.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.Strong financial and budgeting skills.Ability to work in a fastpaced, customerfocused environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Be seeking a longterm commitment.Providing police and drug clearance report are a must.What We OfferOnsite accommodation included.Comprehensive training and support throughout the contract period.A supportive work environment with opportunities to develop new skills.Opportunity to relocate.You must have your own ACN/ABN.Contact us now!
