You have a passion for making everyone feel welcome and providing an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities This multi faceted role will see you; meeting and greeting our discerning guests processing arrivals and departures maintaining room accounts assisting with guest enquiries working on various administration tasks Qualifications Proven 5-star experience in a similar role Impeccable presentation and phone manner Outstanding guest relations and communication skills Flair for organisation with an eye for detail Ability to work under pressure and without supervision Excellent Word, Excel and Publisher skills Full current Australian Drivers License This is a full-time role with furnished rental accommodation provided at the nearby Ayers Rock Resort township of Yulara.
