Our Manildra Mill, in Central West NSW is the largest flour mill in Australia. We grind wheat to produce a full range of flours, from low-protein biscuit flours and protein-enriched flours through to household and bakers flours and specialty flours tailored to the needs of our customers, both domestically and in many export markets. We currently have three vacancies within our Milling team at Manildra NSW for a full-time, permanent millhand. The successful applicant will work 12-hour rotating shifts on either a 5-day roster or a 7-day roster. ABOUT THE ROLE Managing and handling product and bulk bags of raw materials and ingredients for both mill and mixing plant requirements. Accurate stocktaking of raw materials, ingredients and finished products Operation of plant and equipment as required (after suitable training) Cleaning of plant and equipment ABOUT YOU Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of WHS and HACCP practices A Safety First attitude and commitment to safety practices Experience working in a team environment.
