Trainee Business Administration Assistant Corporate ServicesLoddon Shire Council, in partnership with CVGT Employment, is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Corporate Services Directorate as a Business Administration Trainee. This full-time, one-year traineeship provides handson experience while you complete a Certificate III in Business Administration, giving you the foundation for a successful career in local government administration.Located in Wedderburn, VICFull-time positionCertificate III in Business AdministrationAbout the roleAs a trainee, you will support the Loddon Shire Corporate Directorate, which includes Organisation Development, Financial Services, Information Technology, and Governance. Your role will involve delivering highquality customer service and administrative assistance across these areas. You will work as part of a collaborative team, maintain confidentiality, and develop practical skills in finance, human resources, governance, and IT.Key responsibilitiesAssist with accounts payable, supplier management, and financial data entrySupport records management and staff learning initiativesProvide customer service at the front counter, via email, and telephoneHelp with human resources administration, including recruitment, induction, and payrollAssist with compliance checks, meeting agendas, and committee administrationProvide basic Level 1 IT support and general administrative dutiesMaintain filing systems, process requisitions, and prepare reportsEssential requirementsThis position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.Current National Police CheckWorking with Children CheckStrong written and verbal communication skills with clients and staffExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills and adaptability to new systemsEnthusiasm, motivation, and willingness to learnNo formal qualification is required; however a Year 11 or 12 secondary school certificate would be desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
