About the Role Our Loddon Mallee South Home Care Program provides essential inhome support to elderly clients in Kyabram and surrounding communities, including Rushworth, Girgarre, Tongala and Stanhope. We are recruiting for a position that requires travel between clients homes to provide care and support. Key responsibilities may include : Performing household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry and general tidying Preparing light meals and assisting with grocery shopping Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and shared living areas Providing social support or transport to appointments and community activities Monitoring client wellbeing and promptly reporting any concerns Respecting each clients preferences, cultural background and values Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable home environment Assisting with personal care such as showering, grooming, toileting and mobility For a full list of responsibilities, please refer to the position descriptions linked below.
