As a part of your on the job training, you will complete a nationally accredited qualification. About the role: This varied role will see you greeting customers; taking bookings and scheduling jobs Liaising with distributors and ordering stock Preparing quotations for customers and invoicing along with ensuring customers are kept up to date with the status of their vehicle. To be successful in this role you must: Able to handle high pressure in a fast paced environment and prioritise urgent requests. Have a can do attitude. Be able to provide excellent customer service be clear, concise, confident and friendly. Be well presented with a mature outlook. Have great computer knowledge.
