Description Job Details Employment type : 12-month fixed term (includes annual and sick leave) Hours : Monday - Friday (to be worked in Canberra time) Shifts : 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, 9:15 am - 5:15 pm Start date : 7 January 2026 Training : Fulltime attendance (inperson or online) required for 4 weeks to ensure your success in the role Location : We are open to all locations across Australia with a suitable home office Canberra (hybrid arrangement) & interstate (remote) Make a difference everyday Want to grow your career while helping others feel confident about their financial future? As a Customer Engagement Representative at CSC youll be part of a team that truly values our customers and each other. This role offers flexibility to suit your life with hybrid or fully remote options based on your location. Youll be the first point of contact for CSC members helping them make sense of their super and providing clear, caring guidance. Whether its a question about their balance, a benefit or insurance, youll be there to support them with empathy, confidence and clarity. What youll do Respond to inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and care Break down complex information in ways that are easy to understand Use our knowledge library and website to help guide members Balance phone and written communications as scheduled by our workforce team Remain open to feedback and growth; coaching is part of the culture here What were looking for Experience in a customerfacing role (call centre or financial services ideal) Empathetic, calm and confident communicator even during tough conversations Quick thinker whos comfortable learning new systems and processes Understanding of privacy compliance and professional standards Why join CSC You will have meaningful work in an environment where you have the opportunity to contribute to our customers retirement journey and make a difference every day to the lives of others.
