Greendale Landscape Supplies is a fastgrowing provider of landscape and quarry materials in SouthWest Sydney. We are looking for a highly organised Customer Service / Sales Receptionist to join our team in a predominantly phonebased frontofhouse role, taking and processing client orders and assisting with scheduling. Position Purpose This role focuses on taking and processing customer orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and excellent service at every touchpoint. You will be the first point of contact for customers placing delivery orders, providing product and pricing information, answering enquiries, and coordinating with the allocations team to schedule timely deliveries. Key Areas Reception & Customer Service Be the first point of contact and process any walkin customers Take & process incoming orders via phone and email using MYOB Respond to account inquiries and quotes Provide product advice and information (training will be provided) Provide prompt and professional communication to all customers Reception duties including directing calls and enquiries to the relevant departments within the office Allocations Liaise with the team and management to ensure smooth processing and scheduling of orders Assist in ensuring orders are scheduled and fulfilled accurately and on time Communicate with delivery drivers to maximise route efficiency and resource use Keep customers informed on delivery status and timelines, ensuring expectations are met Administration Daily administrative tasks and records Maintain organised systems and documentation The Right Candidate Will Have Comfortable and confident in a predominantly phonebased, customerfocused reception role, enthusiastic about managing client enquiries, taking orders, supporting daytoday sales activity, and building strong client relationships Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic accounts experience using MYOB Accountright (training provided) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously and thrive in a team environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A customerfocused approach and ability to build strong business relationships Australian work rights required Desirable Experience Previous experience in a landscape or quarry industry office Schedule Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm Possibility of Saturdays in the future Why Join Us?
