Join Our Team at Insight Early Learning Moama as a Centre Care Assistant / Centre Cleaner! Are you fit, active and passionate about creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children? Hours: Part-time 5 hours per day must be available 12pm - 6pm (Monday to Friday) About the Role: As a Centre Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our childcare team by ensuring a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained environment for children and staff. This is an active role, a high level of fitness is required. Your responsibilities will include: Laundry Duties washing, drying, and folding childrens bedding and centre linens and maintaining the laundry environment Cleaning Duties maintaining high cleanliness standards across the centre, including playrooms, common areas, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces (mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows for six classrooms) Mealtime Support assisting with cleaning and sanitizing dishes, and food preparation areas General Upkeep helping to keep our spaces fresh, tidy, and inviting for children and staff What Were Looking For: A friendly and reliable team player with great attention to detail. Experience in cleaning or housekeeping (childcare or hospitality experience is a bonus!). Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices (or willingness to learn).
