We''re currently seeking reliable and safety-conscious Baggage Service Operators to support the day-to-day operations of the Baggage Handling System Western Sydney Airport Project Work Key Responsibilities Perform manual handling of baggage and system operations (up to 32kg). Respond promptly and safely to baggage jams and system alerts. Operate Manual Encoding Stations and assist in fallback procedures. Work in and around baggage systems including confined spaces and heights. Trailing the new baggage System Adhere to all WHS policies and airport safety protocols. What Were Looking For Physically fit and capable of manual lifting. A strong safety mindset and awareness of WHS standards. Basic computer skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. Flexible with shift work (including weekends and early/late shifts). Ability to work in an industrial and airport environment. Able to Pass a full Medical. Able and willing to get an ASIC Card (Aviation Security Identification Card). We are accepting WHV hoders. Must have own transportation as there are no Public transport in the area. Why Join Us?
