About the Role Were seeking caring and reliable Home Care Support Workers to join our team across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and surrounding areas. Youll provide oneonone support to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living, health, domestic assistance and social activities. Availability between 7am and 7pm is required, with morning, afternoon and weekend shifts available. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality personal care (showering, dressing, grooming) Assist with medication administration Support clients with meal preparation and domestic tasks Provide transport to medical appointments, shopping and community outings Assist clients with complex care needs under RN guidance Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing in every interaction Provide domestic assistance What Youll Need Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar HLTHPS006 Assist Clients with Medication unit Current First Aid and CPR certification NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Drivers licence and reliable, insured vehicle Availability between 7am7pm (including some weekends where required) What We Offer Permanent parttime employment with regular hours Competitive pay rates plus paid travel time and kilometres Ongoing training and development Registered Nurse support available A supportive, valuesdriven team culture If youre passionate about supporting others and want to make a difference through meaningful home care work, wed love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
