This is a varied role that includes internal and external maintenance, and cleaning.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance of the facilities and grounds.Maintain external areas, including driveways, carparks, paths, and roads, ensuring they are clean and free of debris.Carry out basic internal repairs (e.g., taps, toilet seats, light fittings, furniture) and general painting.Support trades with breakdowns and scheduled maintenance tasks.Assist with cleaning and upkeep of site facilities, including eating areas and BBQ equipment, and help set up for events.Operate forklift and scissor lift as required.Provide support for wastewater treatment plant operations, contractors and including filter cleaning. Higher duties allowance when trained.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have:Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role.Basic repair and handyman skills.Ability to operate a forklift and scissor lift (licenses preferred).Strong attention to detail and commitment to GMP and QA standards.Willingness to learn and cover WWTP operations when required.A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as a team.How To ApplyIf youre ready to join a supportive team and take on a varied, handson role, wed love to hear from you!
