Northern Rivers Towing are a leading Towing & Transport company servicing Northern NSW, South East Queensland and beyond, working with our contracted providers, to service vehicle accidents, breakdowns, roadside assistance and machinery movements. We are looking for a reliable, process driven Tow Truck Despatcher to join our team. This permanent position involves a variety of responsibilities and requires working as part of a rotating roster, inc. some nights and weekends. Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls and provide timely, efficient support to customers. Address and resolve customer service inquiries in accordance with operational procedures. Provide general administrative support to the team. Oversee communication within the Dispatch office, including phone, radio, and email channels. Coordinate and schedule dispatching of driver operators, trucks, and other response vehicles for both emergency and non-emergency situations, as well as transportation and equipment needs. About You Prior experience in customer service or a similar role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in computer operations and software applications. Great phone and communication manner. Ability to multitask. Have the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. Ability to work effectively within a team in a supportive role. Be selfmotivated and hardworking. Enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn. Provide support to the drivers and management. A positive, proactive, and solutionoriented approach. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong time management and organisational skills.
