LCB Civil Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated Civil Construction and Quarrying company based in Bundaberg, QLD.We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team in 2026.Requirements of the roleProven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator in the civil construction industryProven experience in Road Construction, Stabilising Projects, and Subdivision worksExperience using Trimble GPS and UTS for final trim and level controlAbility to undertake basic maintenance, daily checks and fuelling tasksCurrent RII tickets and White CardValid QLD manual driver licence (HR truck licence advantageous but not essential)Roles, responsibilities and role detailsOperate grader and associated mobile plant across the companys various projectsAchieve final trim tolerances to specification and project requirementsRead and interpret construction drawings, setouts and levelsComplete daily greasing, fuelling and prestart checks on machineryReport to the Project Manager and work collaboratively with site supervisors and crewsRole is based predominantly in Bundaberg, QLD, with occasional work at other locations as requiredThese roles are fulltime, with an attractive remuneration package negotiated based on experience and expertise.Relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate.Please send your resume to ******@lcbcivil.com.au for application, or for further information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
