Bobbi''s Restaurant at The Hilton Hotel (SA 5033) is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Pizza chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team. If you take pride in crafting exceptional pizzas, thrive under pressure, and enjoy being part of a supportive and established crew, we want to hear from you. Key responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas to the highest culinary standards Hand stretch dough and manage dough preparation daily Prepare all pizza bar toppings and maintain the pizza station Operate and manage a Marana Forni oven with confidence Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and timely delivery of all pizzas Maintain strong time and quality control of all orders Contribute to menu development and recommend new pizza recipes What we''re looking for Minimum one year experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar high-volume hospitality role Australian work rights are required for this position Strong hand-stretching dough abilities and experience with brick oven Proven track record of producing high-quality pizzas with attention to detail Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality and speed.
