The Role We are seeking a committed Assistant Educational Leader to support curriculum and practice across both Moonee Valley ELC and Embracia Kyneton. Working closely with our experienced Educational Leader, you will help guide the development, delivery and reflection of high-quality programs aligned to the VEYLDF, ensuring strong, consistent pedagogy across both centres. Your role will include supporting educators with planning, documentation, intentional teaching, quality interactions, and reflective practice. Youll also assist in strengthening team capability and helping to ensure strong, consistent program quality across both centres. This full-time position is ideal for a Diploma-qualified educator ready to step into leadership support, build professional confidence, and grow toward future Educational Leader opportunities.
