This role is essential to keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our tradesmen are supported with clear, accurate, and timely scheduling. In addition to coordinating daytoday workflows, you will play a key role in assisting our sales teamso a genuine passion for sales, client engagement, and helping drive business growth will be highly valued. As the central point of communication between management, tradesmen, clients, and the sales department, you will help deliver exceptional service and uphold the professional reputation our company is known for. About the Role As part of our administration team, you will play a vital role in coordinating our Electricians and keeping customers informed throughout their installation journey. Your responsibilities will include: Managing, coordinating, and scheduling daily work for tradesmen. Liaising with our sales, stock control, and accounts teams to maintain workflow. Managing job notes, documentation, and tasks within SM8. Staying organised, proactive, and effective in managing multiple moving parts. Providing friendly, professional customer service from start to finish. Recording and updating job details, calls, and appointments, ensuring accuracy across all systems. Delivering general administrative support to the team and management. What Were Looking For Previous experience in a coordinator or trade/servicebased role (valuable but not essential) and: Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. A proactive, cando attitude, especially when handling calls, bookings, and followups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once. A team player who thrives in a selfmanaged, collaborative environment. Professional phone manner and strong customer service focus. Ability to communicate clearly with both clients and tradesmen.
