Client Experience Support Officer/ Reception Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health Sunbury VIC We are seeking expressions of interest from team members who are enthusiastic about joining our supportive and friendly Client Experience team in a casual capacity across Sunbury, Kyneton, and Romsey. As a Client Experience Support Officer, you will be the welcoming face of our organisation, providing high-quality, client-centred service and administrative support. You''ll work closely with service delivery staff and management to ensure our clients feel heard, supported, and valued. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism Provide accurate information about services and organisational processes Maintain high service standards that reflect our commitment to community wellbeing Support administrative functions and contribute to a positive team culture About You You''re a natural helper who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service You bring positivity and teamwork to everything you do You''re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and quick to learn new systems You can juggle multiple priorities with ease You have experience in a busy reception or front-of-house environment Experience in dental or medical reception is a bonus, but not essential Demonstrated commitment to person-centred, inclusive service delivery.
