Position We are currently seeking a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join the team. This role will be working with the 4-5 year olds running our Kindy program. Salaries & Bonuses Above award salary - Up to $55 per hour depending on qualification and experience. ECT Sign-on Bonus $1,000 Required Skills & Experience Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team Excellent time management and organisation skills Good working knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG & NQS/NQF Previous experience in an early childhood setting Able to plan and implement a quality early learning program Ability to document childrens individual learning Able to critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement Current Blue Card or exemption card ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification What do we offer?
