You will complete a Certificate III Electrotechnology qualification over 48 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical onthejob experience with Zeal Futures and Host employer, Manildra.Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:Assist experienced electricians in performing electrical repairs and maintenance on motors, valves, lighting, and instruments throughout the production plant.Participate in preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment.Learn and apply electrical troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.Carry out general apprentice duties as required.What you''ll bring to the tableTo be successful in this role, you''ll need to meet the following criteria:Ability to work as part of a team and independentlyCommitment to full term of the apprenticeship and study requirementsDemonstrate ability to understand electrical principles.Current drivers licence (or able to obtain prior to employment)WHS Construction Induction (White Card), or willingness to obtain prior to employmentNSW Police Check, or willingness to obtain prior to employmentWillingness to undergo a PreEmployment medical, including audiometry, spirometry, drug and alcohol screening and functional capacity assessment.About Zeal FuturesZeal Futures provides the ultimate training and employment experience.
