About the role Casual concrete labourer position available in our Rutherford factory. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Assist in manufacturing concrete Wastewater Treatment Systems Assemble PVC internal components The position is casual and days/hours will range from Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to gain full time employment. This role is ideal for someone with handson experience in concrete placement and finishing, who enjoys physical outdoor work and can work well in a team environment. What Youll Be Doing: Assisting with concrete pours, screeding, finishing, and curing Preparing worksites: formwork, steel fixing, and cleanup Operating basic tools and equipment safely Working collaboratively with team members Maintaining a safe and tidy work area Skills and Experience Previous concreting or construction experience preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour Drivers licence and reliable transport (preferred) Be careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
