What youll do Develop strong customer relationships with a broad customer base, including local farmers, primary producers and trade customers, to provide memorable experiences either in store or over the telephone. Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and wellpresented store environment. Process counter sales and assist customers with pricing and product queries. Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods. Maintain safety processes. Assist with merchandise campaign material. Load and unload trucks, dispatch, and unpack orders and deliveries. What youll bring Effective verbal communication skills to build solid longterm customer relationships. Experience working in a sales environment and a passion for agriculture is highly desirable. Availability to work 25 days per week. A proactive approach and practical organisational skills. Problemsolving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly. Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. A current drivers licence is essential; a forklift ticket is highly advantageous and you must be willing to obtain one.
