Moments that stick.Examples include handling eBay''s 21st birthday and delivering 759 Messina mushroom cakes across the country, as well as launching new products to market and into the hands of consumers, such as Little Moons mochi balls in Australia.Requirements What You''ll Actually DoThis is a hands-on role where you''ll:Run sampling activations like a pro from pitch to pack downKeep clients in the loop (and sometimes ahead of themselves)Own timelines, budgets, and campaign logistics like a backstage bossSpot problems early, fix them fast, and leave clients saying "nailed it"Collaborate with ops, drivers, and warehouse legends to keep activations tightGenerate leads using HubSpot & manage basic invoicing in XeroSupport and guide a junior coordinator to build team strengthPitch tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive account growthWhat You BringYou don''t need to be perfect but you do need to bring:Relationship smarts - client-facing confidence and trust-buildingOperational chops - strong logistics and activation deliveryPrioritisation skills - calm under pressure, clarity in the chaosCommercial awareness - you know what matters to the bottom lineProblem-solving mindset - you don''t wait to be told, you actTeam player energy - you lift the people around youGrowing leadership - ready to mentor and take the next stepYou''ll also bring or quickly build knowledge of temperature protocols (yes, ice cream must stay frozen).
