Job Description

We are hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Operations team serves as an essential central touchpoint within the broader marketing function, managing and delivering highimpact, multichannel campaigns, as well as brand and key projects. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team, stakeholders, and our media agency to ensure timely, aligned execution across traditional and digital channels. Organisational Structure You will report to our Marketing Manager and form a key member of the marketing team. The role is 100% onsite, working predominantly from our HQ in Byron Bay, as well as our Gold Coast office at Varsity Lakes. We also offer flexible working hours (8am4pm or 9am5pm). A Day in the Life As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will ensure seamless campaign delivery in a high output environment and collaborate with stakeholders across the business. In this role you will: Lead management and delivery for complex multichannel campaigns across a wide variety of traditional and digital channels Maintain clear and concise deal schedules, campaign calendars and project deadlines to provide team visibility and ensure ontime activation and delivery across all channels Work collaboratively with external media agency, internal creative team and stakeholders to ensure clear creative requirements, asset approval and ontime asset delivery Work closely with IT to ensure technical campaign requirements can be implemented Deliver concise postcampaign reporting to leadership team with key analysis and insights Manage brand and partnership marketing projects as required including marketing recommendations, asset delivery and measurement Act as a liaison with key members of Qantas Loyalty to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives Track media spending and report through to finance To be a Front Running Candidate Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a relevant discipline At least 3 years experience in a similar or related marketing role with a broad understanding of the full marketing landscape Demonstrated experience in campaign management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; having the ability to engage, influence and build strong relationships across the business as well as externally Can do attitude and strong team player Exceptional organisational skills with a proven track record of multitasking, being able to prioritise and manage a highvolume workload in a fast paced environment Keen attention to detail and strong proofing skills Solid understanding of marketing reporting tools, and Google Business Suite Strong process improvement expertise Experience in the travel industry, and with marketing project management tools, would be highly regarded.
