In the APAC region, they also service hospitals and healthcare providers through a strong network of value added resellers (distributors), delivering innovation and quality.The RoleThis is a newly created role in the APAC region, based in Sydney, and responsible for development of sales and relationships across all channels including value added resellers (distributors), direct to hospital and equipment manufacturers.Responsibilities will include:Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC regionAccount Management: Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers across APAC. Act as the primary point of contact, understand their evolving needs, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.New Business Development: Proactively research, identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within key markets across the APAC region (including, but not limited to, Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore).Regional Travel: Undertake frequent travel (estimated 40-60%) across the APAC region to meet with existing and prospective clients, attend industry events, and build market presence.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the APAC region to identify challenges and opportunities. Provide insights to internal teams (Marketing, Product Development).Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates on regional performance, pipeline status, and market conditions.Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and successfully close sales deals with existing and new customersCollaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, product management, and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximized.The Ideal CandidateBachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Significant experience in sales, preferably within the APAC region within the medical device marketProven ability to manage and grow customer relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work within and across departments.Upbeat, can-do attitude in all areas when needed.Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated working within small sales groupA wide degree of creativity and agility is expected.Proactive and outgoing individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel frequently to the region, and across Australia / New ZealandExperience working with and overseeing distributors to drive sales performanceUnderstanding of and relationships with C-Suite across national public and private hospital networksRewardsSubstantial base salaryOTE total earnings $350K +About EP HealthcareWhy work with EP Healthcare?
