Maintenance Supervisors (Mobile Equipment & Crushing Plant) Myndshift Group supports a number of industries including mining, civil construction and heavy engineering. Myndshift Group has been engaged by our client partner, a leading Mining & Civil Contracting business, to recruit 2 X Maintenance Supervisors to support their newly awarded Rehab & Crushing projects in Central Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity for a handson leader who thrives in a dynamic mining environment and is ready to guide a small, highperforming crew. About the Role Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will oversee all maintenance activities for both mobile plant and fixed plant equipment. Youll lead a small team of trades to deliver safe, efficient and reliable maintenance outcomes on a 7/7 Dayshift Only roster. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and coordinate a small crew of trades on site Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance for mobile and fixed plant Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality and site standards Assist with scheduling, work allocation and daily reporting Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Foster a positive safety culture and strong team performance What Were Looking For Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in mining Strong background in mobile plant and fixed plant maintenance Excellent communication, leadership and problemsolving skills Commitment to safety and delivering highquality work Candidates with a current Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 and S123 & G2 Whats On Offer 7/7 Dayshift Only roster DIDO or FIFO Brisbane Options Stable, longterm contracts Supportive team environment with strong leadership Competitive remuneration and opportunities for growth If youre a motivated maintenance leader with the experience to guide a skilled crew, wed love to hear from you.
