Job Description This permanent, parttime opportunity offers handson experience in the OSHC industry. You''ll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location: Roselands, NSW, 2196 Shift: Afternoon only 2:30 pm to 6:15 pm, MondayFriday Total hours: 18.75 per week The Role 2IC As the Second in Charge youll be a key leader in delivering highquality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service. Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies. Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children. Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Play and have fun with primary schoolaged children. Support compliance with industry regulations. Candidate Profile Ideally you have previous experience working in beforeandafter school care or education we can train you! Thrives in a fastpaced environment and still has a big kid at heart. Confident communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals. Strong team player with excellent problemsolving skills and a cando, positive attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primaryaged children. Energetic, enthusiastic and loves to have fun.
