We are looking for an experienced Human Resource practitioner to join our People & Culture team in supporting our people achieve the organisations vision of creating an inclusive, vibrant, and sustainable community. About the role Working as part of, and supported by a larger People & Culture group, our small team of Business Partners play a crucial role in supporting our best asset our people! This role is a driving force behind strategic people initiatives that shape an exceptional employee experience. From steering workforce planning and championing diversity and inclusion, to crafting contemporary policies, elevating our EVP, and supporting industrial relations, you will help create a workplace where people thrive. In addition to driving strategic projects, this role works concurrently in partnership with a range of departments, including our outdoor and indoor workforce to provide expert HR advice and coaching. The role supports a portfolio of departments and will manage matters pertaining to employee relations including but not limited to IR / ER advice, performance management and classification analysis. About you To be successful in this role you will hold degree level qualifications in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent. Having previously worked in a generalist human resources role for a large organisation, you will have proven experience in navigating a variety of complex employee relations matters, whilst at the same time managing projects and implementing initiatives. You will use your experience in data collation and analytics to recommend and support people leaders in developing solutions and making decisions related to their workforce and have the ability to conduct position analysis and evaluations. You will be an effective communicator and influencer with the ability to quickly develop relationships and trust to deliver a contemporary HR approach.
