What youll do: Oversee daily warehouse operations, from goods receipt through to dispatch. Manage inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and security of all assets. Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and safety protocols. Analyse operational performance and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service levels. What were looking for: Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution operations (ideally within FMCG, retail, or industrial sectors). Strong leadership and communication skills with a handson, peoplefirst approach. Solid understanding of WHS practices and continuous improvement principles. Competency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office tools. A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fastpaced, teamfocused environment.
