This role will be based in our Sydney office and will play a key part in shaping and executing HR initiatives across the region. Experience working with global teams and growing US tech companies is highly valued. Youll join an HR function thats scaling fast and evolving to stay ahead of business needs its an exciting time to join!What you will doPartner with HR Business Partners to deliver and execute HR programs, including employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and manager developmentAct as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers crossfunctionally across all APAC & LATAM teams, providing guidance and support on HR processes and policiesIdentify training and development needs, and support the design and delivery of coaching and learning interventions for managersStreamline and automate HR processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and employee experienceMaintain and update internal HR documentation on Confluence to promote employee selfserviceCollaborate crossfunctionally with leaders across multiple departments to support business objectives and employee successChampion a positive and productive office environment through close collaboration with the workplace team and local site leadershipWhat you will need5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, with a lot of exposure to employee relations, performance management, and people operationsExperience coaching employees and managers through complex and sensitive workplace situationsWorking knowledge of Australian employment law; experience with additional APAC & LATAM jurisdictions is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across levels and culturesFamiliarity with modern HR technology tools (HRIS, performance management systems, survey platforms, etc.)Analytical and processoriented mindset with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvementProven ability to prioritise, multitask, and deliver in a fastpaced, dynamic environmentEvidence of resilience, adaptability, and a solutionoriented approach in a fastscaling organisationAdditional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
