Youll be responsible for: Overseeing daily operations and compliance Leading, mentoring and developing a dedicated team of educators Building strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community Driving continuous improvement in line with the NQS and EYLF Whats on Offer Competitive salary starting at $90,000 (based on experience) plus commission Start date Immediate start Professional development, childcare discount 50%, flexible hours, strong support from Management, commission Onsite parking Who You Are Diploma in Early Childhood Education Previous experience in a leadership role within Early Childhood Education Knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and regulations A warm, approachable leader with excellent communication and organisational skills Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and delivering quality outcomes for children and families Excellent interpersonal skills with employee, management and families.
