Corporate Security Officer -Regency Park-Full Time-Rotational Shift-Level 3 Would you like to help us make our world a safer place? About the role Due to our continued and rapid growth in the Australian market, and the upcoming transition of a major highprofile client, Securitas has an opportunity for experienced Corporate Security Officers to join our business and work for an extremely wellknown global client at our Regency Park location. The Corporate Security Officer must be able to implement quality security services, embedded operational best practices, standard administrative policies and customer service. This is a fulltime role based in Regency Park, SA 4 on 4off (2 days 05:30-17:30, 2 nights 17:30-05:30). A strong customer service background is encouraged. Key Tasks Provide a security service in line with the site SOPs and customer requirements to protect the customers employees, property and other assets. Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. Deliver a consistently highend, accurate and discreet securityfocused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees at the designated site(s). Ensure the safety and protection of the customers people, property and information always, in a knowledgeable and serviceoriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment. Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both the client and Securitas, promoting a positive image of our customer always. Deal with queries from the public, customers/visitors and employees. Minimum Requirements Must have a valid Security License. Ability to uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. Excellent communication skills. Be able to work independently, be selfaware, motivated and able to work as part of a team. Be punctual and reliable. Be proactive, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Experience in a concierge/hosting/customerfacing role. Previous security environment experience and/or security awareness training.
