Youll also help shape the future of Early Childhood education by delivering high-quality care, whilst fostering positive relationships, and continuously improving the services we provide. Responsibilities: Lead daily, including staff management, scheduling, and program implementation Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and uphold a safe, nurturing environment for children Lead our Assessment and Rating process, demonstrating excellence in care and education Manage the centres budget and financials, keeping everything running smoothly Build strong relationships with staff, parents and the community, support concerns and celebrate success Mentor and train your team, fostering professional growth and high-quality education Ensure high-quality documentation that showcases the progress of the centre Lead by example, creating a fun, interactive learning environment and a supportive workplace culture Support and guide your team within their spaces to provide the best outcomes for all children, families and staff What Were Looking For: A passionate leader with a commitment to excellence in early childhood education A strong ability to mentor and inspire your team To be all about building on relationships with families and the community Have a talent for driving results while ensuring a fun, safe, and nurturing environment Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher or equivalent qualification recognised by ACEQA Experience in managing teams and operations in early childhood settings Ready to make a lasting impact with us?
