Someone with a diverse background in the Hospitality industry, a focus on quality food and beverage, gaming service and functions sales and operations. A natural leader and coach of their team, creative with ideas and activity in the Hotel but logical and organised with their approach to business operations and day to day execution. We''ve just finished a Gaming Room renovation with a stunning state of the art new room and have development approval for new function room facilities on the first floor to embark on as the next stage of the Hotels'' renovation project. About the Candidate: The successful candidate will have prior experience with recruitment, training, food, beverage, functions and gaming service and operations. Property maintenance and social media advertising experience is an advantage.
