Key Responsibilities Manage an efficient and effective operation, identifying areas of strategic growth and business development opportunities. Monitor the artisans'' actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded, and opportunities are identified and addressed. Relentlessly focus on customer service, including the delivery of key opportunities to build the customer base. Understand the food market lifecycle, and ensure all activities on site, and the team''s performance, contribute to meeting the objectives of the business plan. Ensure both artisans and the food market meet all obligations stipulated under each lease/license agreement, and all statutory requirements proactively using technologies like Safety Culture or alike. Overall responsibility for ensuring 100% accuracy of all information including but not limited to sales, costs, salaries, marketing and artisans compliance of licence agreement and the businesss Income and Expenditure, Capital Expenditure and Marketing budgets. Create and manage a full sales and execution team that focuses on selling and delivering amazing events. You are a passionate foodie (but not essential) however, you are a resultsdriven professional with a strong technical understanding of retail, venue management and F&B operations, deep product knowledge and a warm, peoplefocused approach. You inspire and motivate a team through effective coaching, mentoring, and talent management. You navigate change with integrity, resolve conflicts effectively, and make innovative, resultsdriven decisions. Highly organized and efficient, you thrive in fastpaced environments, using your analytical skills to assess business trends and drive proactive strategies. Your cando attitude sets the tone for excellence, and youre always eager to take on new challenges and grow in your career. Ideally the experience required is either a food hall/court manager with property/leasing experience or supermarket management experience.
