Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame. Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity. Check repairs are completed correctly at each stage and complete final quality assurance sign off. Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times. Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Does this sound like you? Two years minimum previous experience in a leadership capacity within a collision repair environment (essential). Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting. Inspirational leadership and great people management skills. A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity. A commitment to quality and the customer experience. The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability.
