Were a fast-growing Australian retailer looking for a highly capable Head of Warehouse & Logistics to lead our national warehousing and distribution network. Youll be responsible for the end-to-end flow of goods from suppliers warehouse stores customers. This is a pivotal role for someone who can build structure, implement process, and strengthen our 3PL and internal operations. We are looking for someone who is: Obsessed with operational excellence Strong in process design, KPIs and system Experienced in managing multiple 3PLs Experienced in dealing with Importing from multiple China warehouses into 3PLs across each state Able to lead a small internal team with clarity and confidence Handson enough to roll up their sleeves, but senior enough to see the full picture Key Responsibilities: Lead our national warehouse and logistics function Manage and optimise multiple 3PL warehouses across states Implement structure, SOPs, and daily operating rhythms Build and deliver KPIs across DIFOT, accuracy, costperunit, shrinkage Oversee all inbound, storage, transfers, dispatch, and RTV Lead internal Warehouse Admin team Improve booking processes, stock accuracy, and communication flows Partner with Buying, Planning, Stores, and Finance Drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation About You: 5+ years'' experience in logistics, warehouse or supply chain management Proven track record in a multisite 3PL environment Strong leadership and communication skills Processdriven and detailoriented, with the ability to simplify complexity Retail or FMCG experience highly beneficial Able to balance handson problem solving with strategic planning This is an opportunity to take ownership, build a highperforming function, and make a tangible impact on a growing retail brand.
