GENERAL MANAGER | WHOLESALE ENERGY PRODUCTS This is a powerhouse in Australias energy-efficiency sector, a top-tier operator known for large-scale product supply with cutting edge design and innovation. Their core products they OEM is Heat Pump, Air Con, Solar, Battery, Cook Tops & Water Filtration cater mostly to residential markets with aims for some light commercial soon, and products are designed within best energy efficiency and electrification ratings to maximise rebates and performance with efficiency to meet ipart, veu and other national bodies requirements. Consistently ranked well for performance and delivery, theyre in growth mode and looking for a leader to join them on their next leap of growth and in to the future. The Position This General Manager position is owning the direction, strategy and execution of the brand moving forward alongside the acting director where you will take the reigns for what is to come. Youll be responsible for: Oversee the core product categories, ops and staff Ensuring pricing, suppliers, product performance are all in alignment Launch new products and categories, plan and devise Lead operational direction in sales, delivery, logistics & marketing Implement or update processes and procedures as needed Ensure service, culture and workforce are efficient and positive Take leadership over sales and building brand presence Plan and execute hiring and staffing as needed with the directors $140,000 - $180,000 Base Salary + Bonus $40k - $50k Lead direction on a market-leading product range Established brand offices in VIC and NSW An existing reputation, channel partners a history of success Getting to launch new categories and product lines Influence the brand experience, marketing and product perception Freedom to innovate and have an impact on company direction Work in a company with real long-term vision, direction and growth Supportive leadership team with modern processes and systems A vibrant culture built on passion, innovation and shared values Experience Needed To be considered you''ll need existing experience in General Management or company management from related spaces like Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, HVAC, Water Filtration, Cook Tops or other related areas. You should have a proven ability to lead product launches, strategy, sales and overall output of a wholesale product brand.
