State Director - Building Consultancy - Brisbane Position: State Director Building Surveying (RICS) Location: Brisbane Queensland Australia CBREs Building consultancy division provides end-to-end expert building surveying services for owners and investors across all sectors of the property industry. The Opportunity Operate, Lead and Inspire: Operate, supervise and mentor one of Australias largest teams of building surveyors working across TDD, acquisition reports, make good, and Capex/Maintenance forecasting from a consultancy perspective across all asset classes. Drive Growth: Responsible for the P&L, support business development initiatives for new and existing clients, contribute to revenue growth, and identify fresh opportunities for expansion.
