Base pay range A$110,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr Responsibilities Develop and execute asset-level business plans and budgets in line with client objectives Analyse property performance, budgets, and cash flow forecasts; identify value-add and risk mitigation opportunities Capital Upgrade, oversee repairs & maintenance as required Oversee lease administration, including tracking expiries, rent reviews, and documentation accuracy Ensure full compliance with WHS, insurance, statutory, and risk management obligations Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, tenant feedback, and risk-return profiles Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all asset-related matters Mentor and oversee an Assistant to ensure effective execution of daily tasks and reporting Perks Work on a variety of assets & different style landlords/HNW Enjoy a direct working relationship with the CEO Growth opportunity into Head of AM role if suitable Conveniently located with easy parking in the central Southwest Monday to Friday (never weekends) Flexible working arrangements / WFH options may be considered Salary $110,000 - $130,000 inclusive of superannuation KPIs & Renewals paid monthly up to $25,000 - $35,000 per annum Person Minimum 2 + years in Asset Management office, industrial or retail property/ asset management preferred (NO Residential Considered) Relevant degree in Property Economics, Finance or Business, preferred but not essential Strong work ethic, moral values, and initiative Valid NSW Real Estate Drivers Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle This role is exclusively recruited by R.E Talent.
