About the Role Manage the daytoday operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets. Create longlasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service. Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards. About you A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQAapproved equivalent qualification. Strong experience in a Centre Manager role. A current Working with Childrens Check. Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards. Why work for Affinity?
